It is true, the pacing of Inazuma is odd at best. The first part of Inazuma before meeting the Raiden Shogun is SLOW. And then, the story gets turned up to 11. After that, the pacing goes wonky and a lot of things happen very quickly. It definitely deserved 3 patches to fully flesh out the story, which I'm glad the later regions started but it definitely should have started in Inazuma. The odd part is, the devs do add on to some missing parts of the Inazuma story in the latest music event (which does explain some "plotholes" in the Inazuma story) but it is kind of hidden and you have to do some digging and piece the information you already know, and everything makes sense afterwards. I definitely recommend checking out the lore of the "Puppy Union" after you've finished the Inazuma storyline.

Acheron didnt fight the Hunters, just an illusion created by sparkle, thats why you hear both voices, kafka+sparkle and so on. Fun fact about Welt: His cane is actually a weapon brought from the HI3rd world called 'Star of Eden' (a copy of it). It is a divine key that specialises in manipulating gravity, which also means it is capable of creating artificial black holes. Welt is the only character that is currently directly from the HI3rd universe and due to certain events, he ended up in the HSR universe. If you want to learn more about Welt and his full capability/powers, the HI3rd manga, '2nd Eruption' can be found online that feature his abilities. There is another manga called 'Alien Space' that explains how Welt ended up in the HSR universe.
