Fun fact about Welt: His cane is actually a weapon brought from the HI3rd world called 'Star of Eden' (a copy of it). It is a divine key that specialises in manipulating gravity, which also means it is capable of creating artificial black holes. Welt is the only character that is currently directly from the HI3rd universe and due to certain events, he ended up in the HSR universe. If you want to learn more about Welt and his full capability/powers, the HI3rd manga, '2nd Eruption' can be found online that feature his abilities. There is another manga called 'Alien Space' that explains how Welt ended up in the HSR universe.

Void archives is here in the hsr universe too. Him and welt came to this universe together. He was with welt for a while along with himeko before leaving to fetch milk

I hope to see the next few of these. I dunno how far in advance you record these, BUT in case you don't know, you don't need a healer with Adventurine on the Party, also get Lynx LUL, she makes Bailu look like a 3*.

May I recommend now that you've gotten to this point to go watch the Myriad Celestia trailers if you haven't done so. Not only will it fill in the gaps of some of the lore you're wondering about, they're very well animated, so they're a pleasure to watch. Now if by the time you read this you're not done with the 2.1 quest I'd skip the newest one for now for spoiler reasons.
