These Gem and Mineral shows have two types of products to sell: on the tables 5 cent garbage sold at 5 dollar range and behind the glass high grade specimens sold at triple, if not quadruple price from what you can buy something like this at the spot where it mined.

that man rutile pendant is rare but not extinct, in fact its not the highest quality the point of all straight rutiles is to see cateye effect but his seem to be not clear and shiny like a true cateye

The specimen with the 2 Topaz was the only piece I would buy. The good stuff is sold by a few dealers outside Pakistan.

Do you know how to make a deal with them? The asking price is always 70 to 40% too high. For very rare and museum quality specimen I start with an offer -60% of the asking price.

So proud of you Frank! Amazing work you do love it! I'm going to try making it out to the 2025 Tucson gem show. Have one client about to buy out my entire inventory, she wants to spend thousands of dollars and then some. 😅 so I'll definitely need to restock. And I will be visiting your booth. Been awhile since I've been to the shows, I'm over due. 2024 was definitely a crazy wild year, in fact the past 4 years were crazy but I'm glad you're doing great! Looking forward to the 2025 Tucson gem show!

Frank, I am planning a trip to Pakistan in Summer 2025, may I ask where you found the prices to be the best. You mentioned in the Vlog the closer you were to the source, the higher the prices were. It seems like your best bet is work with the dealers rather than individuals that are trying to sell your their goods. Any advise will be much appreciated.
