Im gonna try this deck with the fire king engine in the deck as well cause its super consistent especially with ulcanix getting us a potential 2 or 3 level 8's to board wipe the opponent and force interruptions and stuff like that and plus it does well with 44-45 cards as well

you keep bricking because you only have 11 hard starters, I would bump up a hydrant and drop fire attacker. it's too bad original and a second pot is gone, rescue-ACE really needs more consistency.

I really like using ghost ogre in place of veiler. Its 1 more target for e tele and it really helps against quite a few meta relevant decks simce they play field spells/continous spells and traps. Plus if you get a real bricky hand you can still normal summon ogre into something bigger

Here’s my diagnosis as an avid shining sarc enjoyer and have personally experienced locals tops and solid showings with it; your deck needs 2x cross out and more form of player interaction (hand traps) My logic being the following; you obviously live or die by seeing the shining sarc, you may as well invest 2 more slots into ensuring your plays imho. By playing into ur own cross out u therefore get to flex more hand trap spots. I.e this deck now gets nibiru’d before the opportunity to get dragoon, as well as how weak the deck is to droll. Also parting words; archfiend is worthy to get over the indestructible monsters as well as an easy side out. And pot of extravagance increases the power ceiling of the deck immensely, I’d remove super poly accordingly

In the main you have to add crossout and 2 of handtraps to stop from getting destroyed by them. Its a necessary evil.

I love the list but personally would stay with shifter instead of veiler. Just cause there is literally 0 recursion from grave and the rest already are good HT’s under shifter !

Just getting back into the game and I have always loved Dark Magician. Ive been slowly making a shining sarc deck and DM core but I really like this deck I think it can play really well. Only concern I have is the banlist that should be coming soon that's why I haven't bought the other more expensive cards cuz I'm afraid of them getting hit in the list. If they don't I'm all in lol

How do you feel about Ghost Ogre in this deck? It's nice having more options to extend with using e tele and the effect isn't just from hand so it could clutch pretty hard

ive been playing the deck for years and id recommend you play a set rotation because of how important diagram is. for the dinomorhpia package I personally play two kent one dip and one stealth so that you can get lower lp and if you rex can float better too. the side deck looks really clunky and should be more targeted for your particular locals. like you played agiast dm and lab with both have a hard time against cosmic which is also ok against the snake eye field spell and hours. on that point, the side deck is one of your most powerful tools in a best of 3 format and not using it really puts you at a disadvantage. dinos is one of my favorite decks of all time and I decided to dust it off for this weekend and play something more low-power
