Here’s my diagnosis as an avid shining sarc enjoyer and have personally experienced locals tops and solid showings with it; your deck needs 2x cross out and more form of player interaction (hand traps) My logic being the following; you obviously live or die by seeing the shining sarc, you may as well invest 2 more slots into ensuring your plays imho. By playing into ur own cross out u therefore get to flex more hand trap spots. I.e this deck now gets nibiru’d before the opportunity to get dragoon, as well as how weak the deck is to droll. Also parting words; archfiend is worthy to get over the indestructible monsters as well as an easy side out. And pot of extravagance increases the power ceiling of the deck immensely, I’d remove super poly accordingly
