Hi Darlene! Just finished watching this video I used to be a realtor for many years and so I understand all of what you’re saying with the house-hunting. Unbelievable how it checked so many boxes but the one thing you couldn’t change you couldn’t change! Cheryl, I don’t feed mine everyday but it does need some feeding in order to start the fermenting process I store it in the fridge most of the time. I make it as easy as possible. I’ll do a video!😁🇺🇸

i luv those mission tortillas with peanut butter, a thin 1/4 slice Length wise( I share banana with Hubby) of bananna, chopped pecans or walnuts and cinnamon. Roll up in damp papper towel and microwave for 30-40 seconds to melt peanut butter. ( Can substitute cream cheese mixed with a few drops liquid vanilla stevia and strawberries instead of banana)

i love basted eggs! just cook your egg like you did. then add 1/2 T water and cover quickly, shut off the stove. let baste for about 3 minutes. Serve. The white will be cooked, the yolk have a thin white cooked sheen. The perfect not over easy egg! Congratz on your great lab work. I always tell people to pray to God and ask to reduce the need for medication and if dieting to be no sugar, low carb and the least amount of processed or addatives to food. im in my 60's too and So proud of you for doing this channel. If you lose the cheese and bacon that has Raptopamine - a poison to humans and make a dressing without the oil you’ll lose more weight faster. Good luck.

I see so many of these videos and would like to see what these individuals were eating before. Most of it looks like I’ve always eaten.

I can’t speak for others, but as for me I was eating too many carbs. Pasta, breads even some veggies like potatoes. Even small amounts add up. I don’t need carbs. They hold no nutritional value. A plate full of salad and a good well sourced protein is what our plates look like now. 😌
