Empty the canister, don't just clean the filter. That's how shop vacs all work. The inner filter isn't a wet filter. Liquids and dense solids separate using gravity and fall to the bottom of the canister. Great review. Thanks.

I use it as a vacuum all the time. I just don't use the clean water container attachment. All the debris gets vacuumed into the container that would normally hold all the dirty water.

Just bought ….after using I’m sorry I bought it. Tanks are too small and need refilling constantly.,power also drains quickly Also the sensor for dirt seems to always need cleaning. Don’t buy this product. You spend more time refilling then cleaning than you do cleaning your floors

Was banned after 10s of thousands of us lobbied for decades, but trumps EPA guy, a chemical industry lobbiest reversed it without explanation.

The problem with tineco is the build quality, the motors seize and the battery go bad, trying to get my s3 pro repaired after 6 months of use when it broke was impossible in the UK, I paid £400 or at the time 600 USD for something I really took care of and it failed so quickly, When it was working it was the best thing in the house though.

new here just looking for a small vehicle vacc thats powerful. I have the BAUER brand battery powered one, its smaller in size and decent right but I want one that plugs into a wall now. I plan on vehicle dwelling so ill need it in my vehicle. Also I was thinking you also can beat that filter inside of a trash can so you won't have to clean up the mess AGAIN outiside lol .. If I was handling this inside I'd recommend the same tip ..

A trick for keeping the motor clean - I also add polyfil inside that white cage - loosely, but it traps anything including fine particulates that get past the filter and protects the motor. just make sure that grey sponge is in there too, so the motor doesnt suck up polyfil.

How do you feel it compares to a traditional mop? Does it work better? Is it for laminate floors, preferably?

It’s $250 now (ugh)… but I did get it and I like it. I have a lot of flooring and not dunking my mop in dirty water to clean the floors is great. I do a self cleaning two times while cleaning floors just to keep the roller clean
