Doesn't it work with the desktop app also? I'm pretty sure that's what a promo video from insta360 I watched said. I am investigating this further to find out if the desktop app can sync GPS data because I shoot long ride videos so doing any editing on a phone is pointless.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. Have you tried updating your Insta360 App to the latest version? If not, please give it a try. Alternatively, you can reinstall the Insta360 App or import the footage into the Studio to see if the Motion ND can be disabled.

@insta360tutorials Thanks for the reply! I could try the studio app on my PC. For the phone app, I could try uninstsall/reinstall to see if this helps. I'm running the latest Android version. I did find I can set both the spread and intensity to zero, and this seems to disable Motion ND within the app.

We suggest you connect the camera to the Insta360 App and reshoot the material so that the camera can automatically obtain an accurate timecode from your phone. Please start the Garmin watch or Apple Health to record your activity while shooting, and check if the activity data can be synced to the newly shot material. Please look for the relevant activity record in the Garmin Connect App or Apple Health App, and verify that the activity record time overlaps with the time the camera material was shot. Could you please provide screenshots of the activity record time (down to the hour, as pictured below), and screenshots of the video shooting time? If you use Garmin devices, please make sure the material was shot within the last 3 months. Garmin devices only support syncing data within 88 days
