Three 360 files is the most confusing thing for me at first time. I still cannot use each sensor video separately, so I prefer to have single video. I should remember to select all three files when I moving around or deleting it. Also, I haven't easy way to name my files. Either I need to follow unobvious schema when naming three files or use named folders for each file. Despite of this, One RS 1 inch is a great product and I have a lot of stunning videos recorded on it.

Thanks. I have a question: to modify the file with Studio I can work on .lrv file or I have to use .insv? In terms of quality the output video have the same quality? and can be useful to work on .lrv because .insv is heavier? Thanks fo r your support

Hi there, kindly note that LRV file is a low-resolution video primarily used for previewing and AI-powered analysis. When using Insta360 Studio, you only need to input the VID files and can ignore the LRV file.

Hi there, thanks for your inquiry. Sorry to say it's not the same as Ace Pro, which is an action camera rather than a 360 camera and doesn't have 360 video files.

How to recover Videos from Insta 360 bcz Recovery app doesn’t support Insta file 🙏

If so, I am sorry to let you know that the files on the SD card cannot be restored if they are not backed up and deleted. If you refer to that the file is damaged, may I know your camera model? Insta360 File Repair helps repair damaged or corrupted 360° and flat video files from Insta360 cameras due to problems at the time of recording or other reasons. i renamed my files and now they cannot detect each other,. anyone knows how to reset them so that they can detect each file?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! Are you referring to Insta360 footage? Please try renaming your files using the naming convention VID_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_00/10_SerialNumber, for example, VID_20200101_123000_00_001 and VID_20200101_123000_10_001, where the serial number is typically three digits and can be customized. Check if that resolves your issue. Hope it helps!
