in my own opinion, pretty good still. In the current meta though admittedly not the best. He is ironically a weird support of sorts that slows the enemies and skips their turns.

I've explained the characters used in my pinned comments, but to further explain since you're new at the game, I have to explain speed as a stat in star rail. The higher your speed stat, the more frequently your turn comes in Star Rail. If my Welt has 140 speed and the bug has 120 speed, Welt will always get his turn faster than the bug does. It's a bit more complicated than that but that's the gist of what you need to know Welt delays enemy speed, Asta speeds up your own team, Gepard (and blessings in the simulated universe) freezes enemies which delays their turn upon them getting it. Lynx in this case can be replaced, I just had her to heal my team prior to me getting this broken combo What you see in the video *can* be recreated to a lesser powerful extent in real games if your enemy has imaginary weakness and Welt breaks their weakness with high break effect, since imaginary weakness break delays action, and high break effect increases break effect potency. But realistically speaking, all the broken stuff like constantly freezing them and giving yourself that much speed comes from various blessings of the Simuated Universe. SU is designed to make you stupidly broken, especially because I'm on the remembrance path so I have a button that freezes the whole enemy team on demand If I had to recreate this, I'd opt for a team consisting of Welt, Asta, Ruan Mei, and the last slot you'd actually want to go for Harmony Trailblazer (unlocked via playing the main quest, is all I can say spoiler free wise, but it was the latest one so... if you're a new player that's gunna take a while), but anyone else also works too. Ironically, in the video I've kind of made a break effect team prior to it being a real thing, and Harmony Trailblazer enables break effect teams, so that's if you want to do any amount of damage realistically speaking Uh, yeah, feel free to ask questions. I tend to explain a lot but I might have missed something

@@silence7524 i actually didn’t know speed as a stat exists, thats so cool! Ima have to do a few pulls, ima do the beginner banner and hope for welt at the 50 pull pity cuz im unlucky so im not getting it before that. I assume it’s a pretty big spoiler, but changing the trailblazer’s path sounds really cool ima have to grind till i get to that point.

@@Skew0443 beginner banner is worth it regardless even if you don't get Welt, but I'd say regardless of if you get him or not what matters is just having fun. There's tons of ways to play Star Rail and you're encouraged to do different unique things, such as Damage over Time or Break Effect or raw damage teams. Good luck!

@@silence7524 after a bit of nonstop grinding, I ended up getting Clara for my beginner banner. Literally the opposite of this video, it’s just gonna be the enemies turn, and Svarog’s turn. But if i can combine Clara, with March 7th, Natasha when i get her, and maybe either a damage dealer like Herta or maybe Asta because of her attack buff to everyone, that would be pretty good since it might take a while for it to be her turn.

@@Skew0443 you know what's funny, I did want to make a video in the future that is the complete opposite to this video. Using Clara, Aventurine, and some other combinations in order to make a "it's not my turn" because the entire team would be based upon hurting the enemies when being damaged. Clara is still fun though, so no worries there

I feel like it's one of the most free jokers, at least for my playstyle, averaging at least 30-50 from mid to late game

I also personally think both Clara and Welt are the most unique and therefore the hardest to outscale out of all the starter characters. Even Gepard who reigned supreme for so long is now overshadowed by Aventurine. Welt instead gives the team support and utility by delaying the enemy's action or skipping their second action after letting them perform the first, a feat no one else can achieve Welt, Hanabi, Bronya, and Seele would be very funny though

I'm waiting on aventurine to craft a Clara Aventurine follow up team that is the complete opposite of this build like, yeah, it's always your turn. But are you ready for the consequences?
