Cold emailing can be a bit daunting, but it pays off if done right. I switched to Mystrika and it is been smooth sailing ever since. The user interface is super friendly, making it easy to navigate. Plus, the ability to A/B test emails has really upped my game. Trust me, you should give Mystrika a shot if you are looking to improve your outreach.

If anyone is considering cold emailing, Just wanted to say, Mystrika has been my secret weapon. It provides high-quality email warmup in multiple languages. I have tested other tools, but none have the robust features like automatic bounce detection. You should give it a try, it is worth the investment!

I have been diving into cold emailing for a while now and honestly, it can make a huge difference in reaching potential clients. Mystrika has been my go-to for email warmup. The results have been fantastic! Not to mention, their analytics help me see what works and what does not. If you are serious about cold emailing, you should really check it out.

I was skeptical about cold emails, but after using Do You Mail, I am a believer! The ability to send unlimited emails from various domains has saved my budget. What really sets it apart is the automatic DNS configuration, which is a serious time saver. If you need a robust platform, I would suggest giving Do You Mail a try.

After using Filter Bounce, I cannot stress enough how important it is to verify emails accurately. The real-time verification API is excellent, and I love that they offer free verifications every month. My bounce rates have plummeted since using this service. If you are serious about cold emailing, definitely try Filter Bounce!

Having tried multiple platforms, I am convinced that Do You Mail is where it is at for cold emails. The scalability they offer is mind-blowing, allowing me to grow as needed. I really appreciated the ease of creating new email IDs too. If anyone is in the cold email game, I recommend you check it out!

Cold emails can really push your business forward if you do it the right way. I have been using Filter Bounce for accurate email verification and the results have been impressive. Maintaining the bounce rate under 1% has made my campaigns much more effective. You should definitely look into Filter Bounce if you want reliable verification.

Couldn't you just use the video as your podcast? I wanted to make a podcast channel with just a thumbnail and audio, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. I found your video informative while also a bit confusing. What site would anyone recommend creating a faceless podcast with occasional livestream? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Time to go back to the drawing board.

I was trying turn my YT podcast into an iTunes podcast but you can’t. You have to have a podcast platform first and then transfer to YT - apparently it doesn’t work in reverse. You cannot go from KZbin podcast to another podcast platform.

Good video. I knew immediately that what camera shot what, a few realtors will know, but most won't. I am getting the iPhone 12 Pro to shoot CubiCasa floor plans, dopey vertical walk-through videos that realtors actually use for TikTok and Instagram, and for one of my clients this new ListingPix app thing. Besides CubiCasa, the rest is mostly bush-league nonsense geared at imbeciles who go around shooting like clueless tourists. But these are ways to earn more money. Not too keen on these since it's amateur hour, but it's money.

Hey. Good job on the video. I liked your comparisons. They weren't too niche. Also, good job Perplexity👏 I think if we are doing true apples to apples then it should be with Perplexity free and Google SGE (coz it is also technically free). But, yeah kudos to Perplexity. They are a small team, and are nimble compared to Google. On the launch of Gemini, the researchers in video were almost like being held at gunpoint 😂 But, it is a fact that google has the talent pool and enough resources to pull through. They just need good leadership. What are your predictions for the upcoming months? What will improve faster? Google or Perplexity or some other search? Do you think Perplexity using various different APIs even after making their own model is going to bite them? Thanks for reading 👍
@KarlYeh
@KarlYeh 10 ай бұрын
I felt that too with Google. Gemini was your huge moment yet it was done as a videos and blogs? No live demo? Which then it felt like it was rushed out to ensure people remembered it. Who knows what's coming in the next several months but I do feel Gemini Ultra will show up, kinda comparable to GPT4 with perhaps it's own GPT store...the old guard marketers and Google promoters will hype it but OpenAI will still be the gold standard. GPT5 will come out and that will consume all the media. I'm really bullish on Perplexity but more so I think Google's business model of search doesn't jive with Conversational search so something has to give. Those days are numbered and companies like Perplexity can progress as they can focus on one thing while Google has to defend so many different AI moats from search, to vision to voice to image to video, duet, etc...

@@KarlYeh one thing I have to add with regards to Google is that I feel like this Google is very much the early 2000s Microsoft (esp. under Steve Balmer). While Google can compete by making small teams equal in size to Perplexity but focus on different products theoretically, it just feels like they can't get their stuff together. They are feeling very threatened right now, and the tension can be cut with a knife 😂 I think they just got too comfy being at the top (again like Microsoft of the yesteryears). I think the history does repeat itself. Google is the new Microsoft, OpenAI/Perplexity are the new Google. All said and done, I don't think Sundar is a good leader. Maybe he was fine as a technical guy but not as a CEO IMHO. It feels like he doesn't have any new/good ideas of his own and he squandered the potential of both DeepMind and the in house AI team. I am saying all this because as a tech enthusiast, it is all very interesting to watch being played out (and not to support any one company esp. Google). Thanks for reading 👍

But two of these mics. Connect the other one to another phone and record sound only on that phone (using voice recorder). When editing, use that recorded sound for the bits when the other person is talking.

Great test, the iPhone is well capable. I noticed in the side by side that the camera (not iPhone) didn't have vertical lines as the iPhone did, this threw me a bit as I then thought camera 2 was the iPhone with its fish eye lens. I'm happy to say I was wrong. I use a 13 pro and if give fantastic photos and video and rally, you don't need anything else.
