You can look online for them. I would pick a small business whipmaker over a mass produced whip company any day. A good whip is 100% handmade, high quality materials (such as paracord veg-tan cowhide, Kevlar, kangaroo hide) and braided tightly. Make sure to ask the whipmaker questions if you have any.

I didn’t make the one in the video, but the ones I do make, I’ll use a steel rod for a handle, and then I’ll braid a layer off that handle. Then a second layer gets braided. Finally I braid the overlay and tie a couple knots onto the handle.
