Disagree. you can if you know what you're doing. For most people you should NOT mix but if you have the right tools and understand what you are trying to achieve then it is not only okay but sometime what is needed! I own 2 sealed and one ported sub.

This new lineup needs an Evolution Nano center as a high quality center for smaller spaces. Already have the Nano drivers in production.

I added an active crossover on my LRS+ to filter below 50hz but made the sound hallow. I have a pair of sb2000's BTW.

Live in appartement , even have two subwoofers. Can't put to high even far from it. Lucky I have never a bass head.

Hi guys, I have a plywood floor with carpet. Should I isolate my sub from the floor or spike it to the floor?

Questions for SVS about the Ultra Evolution Center speaker verses the previous Ultra. You have made it clear that the tweeter has been improved, what about the mid and woofer designs? I can see that the 4" mid is now a 4.5" on the Evolution and the woofers the same size at 6.5". Are there design improvements in these drivers as well? Are the crossover designs similar? I currently own the Ultra Center and wondering if I should get the Evolution to replace it.

$4000 a speaker is still pricey, guess i wont ve getting these. $8k a pair is up there with other brands. How is that setting svs a part. For under 8k i can get good used paradigms S8 v3s or Monitor Audio platinums PLs just to name a few. I will have to listen to these and compare They are beautiful i have to say
