Rewatching this, Mustafina should've been like 1.5 points ahead of Tweddle and He Kexin, not a couple tenths.

I’ve watched this several times and I don’t understand how she won gold. Even though Beth didn’t stick the landing her routine was more difficult. Mustafina’s routine was safe and basic the other two had more difficulty

I need to say... In one hand, I love the new style on beam this years... More releases, more inovation (Nina and Kayla styles). But I miss seeing something close to mustafina form on beam. Her legs, her feet, her body positionong during all the routine. It seems no one does it that clean anymore.

I loved the comradery between all of them. Seeing Mikayla, who had the greatest vault I've ever seen, work OT to make sure all the girls stayed close and cheered each other on was amazing to see❤
