Hi there, I love your recipes and content, I have a question about this recipe, kind of 450 grams of flour made my dough so stiff and hard.. resulting in my buns being kind of dens filling. What I should do next time I do it ?

Hi dear thanks for reaching out. Just follow the process and measurement I did for this buns please and you will really get the best result and super delicious bun. Because if you’ll use 450g of flour and the liquid ingredients is the same then the results will really make different.
