They are so delicious. How to make croissant in simple way

You only need the following:
For dough:
250ml milk (warm)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant dry yeast
400g all purpose baking flour
1 tsp salt
25g unsalted butter
1 tbsp oil (for lubrication)
100g unsalted butter (for spreading)
Egg wash: 1 yolk mix with 1/2 tbsp milk
Bake 25 minutes at 180°C
