I'm there too! I'm 58 and have a physically draining job. I haven't needed to yet, but I keep a chair handy just in case. Notice some of the groovers are sitting on the couch. You can do this!

What you said at the end Misty made me cry, I am in the process of reparenting my inner child and your dance routines are proving to be instrumental to my healing moving my body without feeling judged or not keeping tempo feels so good I have a bad hip but you know what I am doing this everyday even if i have to do it sitting down. I did 4 of your 5 minute exercises and it is definitely a workout with all of these little dances. I am disabled and while some things are difficult, I can see future improvement and mobility through your program. It really does feel great to try and make your body move around so fluidly, I am beyond happy to have found you. I made a little playlist and I hope to become more healthy over time. 😸✨❤️🩹
