No mention here of the fact that Definitely a good amount of coolant was drained from the system prior to replacing the ETC sensor, And was put back/replaced into the system afterwards, I've seen Many/most making an unnecessary mess by Not doing this prior to replacing this sensor.

I did not have that problem. I replaced it quickly and did not miss much fluid.

About to do my 2015 Escalade ESV with same rims. How many of hyper silver and clear coat cans will i need? Also do you have any more tips? How well have they held up? Thanks so much for making the video!

1 can of each did the job with multiple coats of each. But im going to try another brand, or darker color. It lasted about 3 months and then you could not clean the brake dust off them? I had to rotate them so they matched. They turned a darker color that would not come clean?

Mine was dug in like an Alabama tick ha to drill a hole in it an pop it out with a wood screw an a wsher at the end used a long prybar an long as you can get when it pop out a bit put some vice grips at the end to get more leverage this will put the washer down more an pop that bitch out

You completely skipped over the 13 mm altenator post bolt and the importance of it not coming disconnected from Altenator. When you try and remove the altenator 13 mm bolt the whole shift turns which can lead to the altenator not being able to send a charge through the power cable.... Which kills the battery ... you should check that before getting a whole new altenator

@@BLK86SS it worked for me. Turns out that GM Altenators have a faulty positive terminal post. Or it just screws in . I personally think that they planned it that way.

@@l.b.380 my mother has a 2015 xts that she had the starter replaced by a local shop, and the car died a few days later while driving, you think this could be the cause as well, I was thinking it was the alternator...

@@WinTeamG90 you may want to check the 10 Guage power cord that is connected to the fuse box and the altenator... check all points of contact then ensure that the fuseable link inside of 1 of the 3 cables that I just mentioned is not blown
