If something sticks when baked, placing the hot pan on top of a wet dish towel may help release the baked food.

You can boil your eggs and drain. Then shake your eggs in the pot and crack them all up. Then run cold water over them as you peel them. They are the easiest ever to peel. Sometimes they have peeled themselves.

You have to put the corn tortilla in med hot oil for a very few seconds seconds . Then they don’t crack. Set them on a plate while you’re getting your filling ready.

To peel your eggs after boiling leave in the pan and forcefully roll them around to crack the shells out under warm water and take the shells off . Mash them with your hands . Simple life
