NOTES: Cut back butter. I would probably use 1/2-3/4 of a stick

NOTES: Did not add salt. Used about 2/3 of the block of cream cheese. Added maybe an additional 2-3 ounces of shredded cheese (about a 1/4-1/3 of another block). Used sharp (8oz) and extra sharp for the additional bit.

Everything looks delicious! I’ve made sliders with deli roast beef and provolone cheese and as for sandwich filling you can’t go wrong with egg salad, chicken salad and tuna salad. 😄

Oh my! Love me a hot brown & pimento cheese! That cucumber spread looked amazing! I understand how busy things get in May this year we had my husband’s retirement party on Derby Day, my daughter and her family came in from Washington state, another daughter graduated with her BSN the following Thursday. Then Mothers Day. Then a weekend off lol and my granddaughters 6 th birthday along with my son in laws. Then Memorial Day. Wednesday the granddaughter graduates from kindergarten.Whew it’s been busy! Lol
