Just curious if your daycare kiddos ever want to eat whatever you’re eating. My kids seem to want to eat whatever I’m eating, even if they have already eaten there food. I will sometimes hide myself if am eating a treat and I know they don’t need anymore treats for the day. 😂

I have now tracked for 4 years my food everyday. To me that is how I have been able to lose185 and even more importantly to keep it off. So it works for me and I will probably always have to be aware of my calories forever.Doesn’t really bother me to track.i do eat whatever ever I want as long as I stay in my calorie range.
