I have been making the two ingredient bagel and add 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese and garlic powder and cook in the air fryer. I love them so much and they are around 135 calories and 8 grams of protein.

I think in this video I have on the Sally Hansen gel polish called “o-zone you didn’t” but it chips pretty easily. I tried the Essie gel couture polish and it stays on so much better!
