Nose pads are way too close together. looks like someone took a bifocal height for his varifocals and tried to get away with it by pinching the pads. Regardless of what's behind it he want's to get them re-fitted before it leads to issues with his sinus. Oh and he's right about memory, it's all made up by our ego and very inaccurate. A philosophy lecturer tried to explain it to me when I was about 20 and I argued against it but at 50 I see more clearly.

I understood "be here now" as make sure your not suffering your memories or imagination (past or future) one is over the other hasn't happened and may never. you can make plans but keep your thoughts on the next step one foot in front of the other. what am I doing now? taking the next step is the plan

Your video helped a lot,.what you mentioned about how to go through being ghosted made a lot of sense. I know it's difficult moving on, but sometimes we need to prioritize our selves, our mental health...life is too short to be sad about one person ignoring us...Thank you...

Interesting how you used the nutpicking fallacy to explain the strawman fallacy to vindicate fascist Trump. Trump is a master of lies, generally exaggerating facts using all sorts of fallacies to incite angry crowds. You picked examples that are mostly reactions to his mobster style politics. He did incite a mob on Jan 6 and probably gives a damn about the dogs he claims save from rabid immigrants.

This is such good advice, thank you. :) I like the letter idea. My friend has ghosted me on off so many times and this time they never came back but we share the same friend group and I really am struggling with the idea of seeing them in person, I just don't want to see them anymore, even if I do I know they are going to ignore me anyway, I just wish I had someone else in my life that I could be close to so it wouldn't feel so bad but I don't think anyone really cares that much except my family.

Thank you Owen for this interview with Vivian Rigney. Entertaining it is and enlightening. I had not heard of him. Well, I have now and will be checking for more interviews with him. By the way, I am here at your channel via Richard Bandler appearing on Tony Robbins' recent show. Kinda snaked my way through one thing and another and came to your channel.

This is the best video I've ever watched on ghosting. I love the practical steps you help us move through. Especially creating a conscious framework in our mind how we're going to think of this experience moving forward. That way every time we think about it we don't have to keep reliving the pain over and over. Brilliant. And also how we will deal it ahead of time ,if we hear from them again. So empowering. Thank you so so much!

I was engaged and got the silent treatment. I tried reaching out to her, nothing! We were living together and she was like we needed a break. Once I got moved out she ghosted me. I'm going to move on, but it sucked. I'm seeing a counselor and working through it. I often wondered if it was an old relationship that was abusive that scared her and she locked down. I know she had mentioned abuse. I want her to know Im sorry for her pain and I hope God heals her.

Both are saying it, but there's a difference. The elite business owners and their mainstream media outlets (YT, X, Facebook, etc) are repeating it ad nausium, but the democrats can back their claims up with evidence.

Everything she said was true. He did try to overthrow the government, we all saw it. He did try to throw away our votes when he called the Georgia secretary of state, we all heard it. He did pass a trillion dollar tax cut for billionaires. Everything he said was a lie. Democrats did not go after him, he commited crimes and the DOJ charged him, the courts tried him and a jury found him guilty.

Congratulations on your achievement and getting through the challenges on the way! Hope you recover from the depletion it can cause, I've only ever got to half marathon distance and buggered up both knees with not having long enough to train. After seeing your story a month or so ago whilst I was recovering from a fractured foot I decided to give myself a goal! And did my first run today since the fracture hopefully it's healed enough, starting back on the couch to 5k app and plan on slowly building up to a half marathon, depending on how the knees and foot copes, want to try and get a better time and with proper training I reckon I can. Watching this today reminded me of the atmosphere of the half I did (I didn't end up putting my headphones in during the race as the crowds cheered me along) thanks for the inspiration to give myself a new challenge! Your marathon sounded horrendous with the hills couldn't think of anything worse 😂 What's your next challenge gonna be?

Which ones lying & continues to lie & which one was telling the truth. I’m not brainwashed. I’ve watched as the govt has used a ton of dirty tricks against a sitting and former sitting president. Which is almost guaranteed not to stop. This election did define one thing, most people are right of the left since they’ve practically gone scorched earth to win an election & maintain their power.
