Interesting how you used the nutpicking fallacy to explain the strawman fallacy to vindicate fascist Trump. Trump is a master of lies, generally exaggerating facts using all sorts of fallacies to incite angry crowds. You picked examples that are mostly reactions to his mobster style politics. He did incite a mob on Jan 6 and probably gives a damn about the dogs he claims save from rabid immigrants.

My friend has ghosted me on off so many times and this time they never came back but we share the same friend group and I really am struggling with the idea of seeing them in person, I just don't want to see them anymore, even if I do I know they are going to ignore me anyway, I just wish I had someone else in my life that I could be close to so it wouldn't feel so bad but I don't think anyone really cares that much except my family.

I was engaged and got the silent treatment. I tried reaching out to her, nothing! We were living together and she was like we needed a break. Once I got moved out she ghosted me. I'm going to move on, but it sucked. I'm seeing a counselor and working through it. I often wondered if it was an old relationship that was abusive that scared her and she locked down. I know she had mentioned abuse. I want her to know Im sorry for her pain and I hope God heals her.

Congratulations on your achievement and getting through the challenges on the way! Hope you recover from the depletion it can cause, I've only ever got to half marathon distance and buggered up both knees with not having long enough to train. After seeing your story a month or so ago whilst I was recovering from a fractured foot I decided to give myself a goal! And did my first run today since the fracture hopefully it's healed enough, starting back on the couch to 5k app and plan on slowly building up to a half marathon, depending on how the knees and foot copes, want to try and get a better time and with proper training I reckon I can. Watching this today reminded me of the atmosphere of the half I did (I didn't end up putting my headphones in during the race as the crowds cheered me along) thanks for the inspiration to give myself a new challenge! Your marathon sounded horrendous with the hills couldn't think of anything worse 😂 What's your next challenge gonna be?
