To correct it and be specific, placebos are used in order to find the efficacy of treatment. Placebos do not show mindsets or power of the mind. For example, if the placebo is just as effective as the treatment it means the treatment doesn’t work. It is not a demonstration of mind or belief.

Actually The Placebo Effect demonstrates the Power of the mind! That's why they do double blind studies.
