Who learned about this great Mozart symphony because of "After Hours"? Just by listening the song during the credits, I could tell it was written by Mozart. Ooh, rock me Amadeus!

Really excellent early work. Just as much craft in it as any one of Abel's fantastic symphonies.

Starting in a very dark, brooding, and somber mood, you would scarcely believe at the inception that Haydn was going to explode in this one. But explode he did. Wait until you get to timestamp 11:12 when he uncorks the simmering volcano and drags you helplessly along with him till he brings everything crashing down at the end. At the end, he went utterly nuts, and ballistic, in his and one of the greatest finales ever written since the inception of human musical compositions.
