When I was younger it was infuriating to play hockey or basketball games. I would get goaltending and icing calls so much I basically couldn't win due to penalties. Nobody would explain what the specifics of the rule was, so I didn't really ever understand why I got fouled. And I never found out they were rules added specifically to level the playing field, and I was doing them all the time because it's obviously the best tactic.

It’s ok. If I showed this to my older coworker they wouldn’t get it, if I showed it to my younger brother he wouldn’t get it. It’s a mix of real life slang and absurd internet bullshit that makes it funny, and it’s totally understandable if it doesn’t click. Plus the references are hella obscure/ weird even if you find it funny

Like there’s the funny layer of this being some old guy inexplicably dressed in a shitty dracula costume with shitty ass drawn on hair, added to the layer of him saying absurd ridiculous shit, added to the layer of that absurb ridiculous shit imitating bragging-style street talk, added to that layer that some of the ridiculous shit he’s saying is actually using extremely genuine street terminology. It’s a storm going from absurd, nonsensical dadaist humor, to extraordinarily specific and real references and lingo about urban life/drugs/crime, etc. with the occasional very specific reference to video games, movies, or sports as well. Also the final layer that this all leads back to Filthy Frank/Joji somehow.

Lol, the only understanding you get from actually playing TF2 with regards to TF2 memes is that most of the memes have nothing to do with the game, pretty sure the only reason TF2 memes became a thing is Source Film Maker and Gary's Mod being the most accessible 3D model animation tools at the time and Half-Life+TF2 being a load of default assets for them.
