One thing we always get from you is telling it like it is which is great ❤️...keep busy on Sunday and try and remember to do the things that you know help keep body and mind strong... it's a daily task, isn't it? 😂. I know it's hard to enjoy the process when you are really emotionally invested in GNR... take good care x

I'm so sorry to hear about your injury. You have taken the right but hardest decision not to run . I have tendinitis, and i should have deferred too but im going to walk run because i don't want to miss it . On the positive you will be ready for next year. Look after yourself x x

Glad to hear you know how to seek out the things that make you feel good... running is so much more than being about moving fast imho it is about keeping going and not measuring success by the time on a stopwatch. However slow you think you are, you are inspiring the person behind you. Make sure to get in a parkrun (or four,!) over the festive period too... X

Subscribed mate keep it coming 👌 I stopped running completely after the 2019 great north run, just seemed to fall out of love with it.. then done the 21 GNR and it nearly killed me 🥵😂 also made me find that spark again though and aiming for my first sub 2 half marathon for next year

Long video. Thank you do much for keeping it real . Ive seen you at parkrun a few times and im also aim to run sub 30 constantly. This year running up and down but last week south shields parkrun a pb of 31mins 30sec 🙂. I know its hard but be comfortable walking first it took me about 8wk before i tried to run after covid.
