Ramble! 🙌 I’m looking forward to being on the start line next year of GNR. I was out this year due to having my 3rd open heart surgery in June 😢 but I’m gradually building myself back, slowly ! And building confidence as well. X

Great to see ya getting your mojo back and getting the itch to get back to loving it. You know me. Still doingy RED thing (1030 days now). Looking forward to winging Virtual London Marathon next week and building up my miles again for doing The Wall 70 mile ultra and Endure24 Solo again next June!

Glad you're back! I had to walk from Mile 8 too, it was so hot and I didn't plan for such a long gap between breakfast and starting and I sweated out all the salt 😅 it was surprisingly hot too, got sunburned on the right as well 🤭 well done, hope to see you there next year!! RAMBLE

Your GNR sounds exactly like mine, made a mess of breakfast, got to 8 miles no problem then flagged, got sunburnt & didn't refuel mid-race properly. 😞 Oh well, lessons learned & go again!
