More attention needs to be given to parole hearings. What the actual F letting this predator out to “mess up” again. The victims don’t get parole, they get life sentences.

Cleaning the jail cells for zoom zooms and wam wam's is not a cleaning company, Sir! E: And the rubber bands on the wrist is what we used to do when we were teens in like 04 and dealing with illegal substances. It's an advert but also helps keep your money organized. Dude thinks he's still hustlin' in jail but ain't touching any cash what-so-ever. The one member caught it but didn't go in like Roche would've!

The parole board has people who can't behave in society, making decisions on people who can't behave in society.

The absolute audacity this piece of garbage has to speak to his victim like he is somehow better than her, to tell her that she should "rise above" and not let him affect her, just goes to show that he needs to stay exactly where he is, for a very long time. "I'm trying to not go to bars and do anything of any sort." What?! So, he thinks that him "trying not to go to bars" is proof of his reform??? My God, keep this POS behind bars for as long as humanly possible!!!!

Utah and Idaho will give a life sentence for an ounce of weed but will let rapists and CSA offenders walk free and return to their lives while the victims not only have to carry that trauma but get no justice from the court.

The Utah system essentially forces victims to again and again face the criminal and relive their trauama in order to assure the criminal receives justice. It’s disgusting.

I did everything except respect that a woman did not owe him. Sex has done everything except he violently raped and sodomized. Her has done everything except he has done everything possible to weasel out of responsibility or even apologizing for this horrendous action. Understanding where she comes from is not the same as groveling on your knees. Begging forgiveness and hoping that you're not going to spend the rest of eternity burning. That's it. Every single time he does this he knows she has to come out and do something and do a victim impact statement. He is continually reabusing her making her listen to all of the charges making her reiterate what happened to her. He is continuing to abuse her over and over and over again. This is the system and this is why women do not report because even in the rare instance when they are believed and someone is actually prosecuted, they will destroy your life from jail😊

Wait a minute. I thought only trans people assaulted women in bathrooms. This is a straight white man who marched himself into the women's bathroom to sexually assault somebody. So please stop with the bathroom band. B*******

Ten months in.. wtf why is he even getting a hearing already.. how is there not a requirement that a life sentence for any violent (sexually violent especially) serve at least XX amount of years prior to even being considered for parole hearings.. Utah is a joke.. I read once that they treat sex-crimes easier than other states bc the state is home to a large # of the mormon population and the resulting increase of crimes such as these as well as "CP" type crimes or underage abuse crimes.. the mormon church has far too much influence on the state government IMO .. so much for separation of church & state.

The fact you joked about this man's obvious serious mental health issues, labels you a pos, and scumbag looking for likes on your shitty channel..... poor character, people don't watch or support this stuff, observing criminals at a parole hearing is one thing, but using a mental health patients struggle as a catalyst for likes? Is lame....

The only thing about polling him is at least he’ll be watched to some extent and I’m sure he will mess up again and go back to jail sooner. Otherwise, you should’ve been released it all. Because he will be back.

Spokane would not be a very great place for him to go to either I had to leave Spokane to get away from all the drugs and crap that were there. Every time I seem to have got none in trouble I would just go right back to the drugs because they're all over Spokane. After my last stint I changed my life by moving completely across Washington to a completely new town that had a really good recovery network and now I have been 28 months clean and sober and I am a corps member in my Oxford house

Court systems are so messy. Not speaking about this case directly. We all know the same words and terms on the street are not the same in court. I love the way a judge will ask a question and while the person is responding they we cut them off saying im not asking you that or thats not a good enough reason answer etc.

Some 13 year old girls look 20, so maybe he didn’t know her age. And some 19 year old boys act like 12 year olds. It’s perfectly possible they were in a relationship, except that one person on the parole board indicated the girl’s version of events differs from his. In any event, he doesn’t seem ready for parole.

Thats Utah. Right wing, republican WEIRDO state. How can you be in an appeal and up for Parole at the same time? How could they possibly expect remorse. When they havent even accepted guilt. I live in Maryland and spent 5 years in prison for a burglary. In my 20s. These guys dont get "fixed" 😂

I think she was just regurgitating what she had learned. She was just reusing the same sentences she’s learned in class. I was shocked by her minimising of the crime, as you said it didn’t just ‘happen’
