I just want to say thank you to the parole lady official who keep putting it back on the lifelong impact of the trauma etc on the inmates victims. I was s/ad by multiple family members and family friends from 2 to 10 and was told I was making up stories and only now at 38 starting therapy trying to process wtf actually happened to me and why my whole life has been me every day suffering with chronic pain migraines and depression wondering what is wrong with me what did I do to deserve this.😢

I am so sorry. But I am happy to hear you have begun the process of healing. I also wanted to say, as someone who endured horrific abuse during the same age range, it can get better. Once I was able to connect the chronic pain and migraine issues to my childhood and process some events (some were too dark to confront fully) I was able to almost completely resolve them. Hey Dear One, I have some advice that no one is ever going to give you about your headaches. I suffered chronic daily headaches, which turned into migraine as I built up less a tolerance for the headaches. Basically having a headache every day for 50 years. Because I didn't know that there was a culprit in the food causing my headaches. And the culprit also causes a hangover. So I can say that I really did have a headache every day for fifty years and it was absolute hellllll. How successful is my advice ? Well, to repeat, I had a headache every day for fifty years and I don't have them anymore at all unless I mess up and eat that crap again, Which is actually a carcinogen. It's known as excitotoxins and it is sprayed along with the pesticides by the f d a in a 3 part ingredient product called "AuxiGro". Take my advice or leave it, but I hope you will take it. I pray to God.This message gets to you. Trust me, you will Lose yourself in these headaches along with everything else you've gone through. It will catch up with you, so PLEASE stop the headaches today please. This will work in taking away your headaches. It takes twenty one days to get the culprit out of your system. It's putting a sore on your hypothalamus, which is wrecking your emotions. Obviously you are a very strong person. However, You're going to be a much stronger person if you do this. There will be a period of recovery that you're going to have to give yourself. So you're going to need to sleep a lot. You're going to need tons of vitamin d three like the five thousand IU 💊 And taking about five of those per day. The reason for the vitamin d three is because they don't know if depression causes vitamin d deficiency or if vitamin d deficiency causes depression. You and I both know that headaches causes depression. We have a lot in common I wish we could meet. O k how do you do it ? Okay, you're gonna have to eat one Million percent USDA organic and do so religiously. And as far as what you drink as well unless You're drinking water. By that, you can buy USDA organic teabags and make your own tea. By the way, stay 1000% away from caffeine because the headaches and the depression has already wrecked your adrenal system. Meaning you are no doubt suffering from burnout which is also chronic fatigue/ adrenal fatigue. So along with the recovery of having headaches for so long, to UN DO THAT and the depression you have suffered, you're going to need to sleep a lot. As i've mentioned which means you're going to need to stay off of caffeine so that you can get that sleep. Don't overdo it on the chocolate or anything else that has hidden caffeine as Chocolate has caffeine. And stay away from teas that have caffeine please. BTW, Everything you buy at the grocery store.Must have the u s d a organic label on it. You are going to have times where you have bought some food that you can't even eat because you didn't double check that. So please get into the habit of pulling your cart to the side before you go through the check out and double check. For example, one regular ritz cracker Will.Give me a terrible headache 3 days. But one of the few things I can cheat on is regular saltine crackers. Which is kind of nice if I make a can of tuna salad, Affordable and I can eat it on saltine crackers. Alright, so everybody says they can't afford to eat organic. Well what do you do when you have seven dollars and you don't get paid until five days ? Well we go to the grocery store and we buy dried Beans and rice and that's what we eat. So it goes like that. Also, make a big batch of potato salad & egg salad. A big pot of vegetable soup.You make sandwiches, peanut butter sandwiches, peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Summer cucumber sandwiches. As you start feeling better you'll be able to better afford to provide for yourself and eventually afford more organic options. Organic pasta is very affordable. And Marina sauce isn't more expensive. Once you realize what life is like with not having the headaches, you will not want to go back. Stock up on organic spices. You can do mrs dash Salt free seasonings without it having to be organic.Same for crushed red pepper flakes. Basically, excitotoxins is also the same as what we are Familiar as MSG Monosodium glutemate. So your taste buds may miss that extra bit of flavor but they will adjust in time. Here are two names you can research their work to back up what i'm telling you. Russell blaylock excitotoxins the taste that kilis his book. He's a brain Doctor surgeon who got fed up with seeing damage in people's brains and decided to study on it. And then he put aside being a surgeon so he could teach the world about this realizing he could do more to prevent the brain damage he was seeing when he was operating on people. They don't keep him inside for longer than 3 years and then he's put back into society stronger than he entered prison. This happened to my Daughter by her biological father. He got 20 years and lifetime registry. He will try to get parole in 10 years but Texas isn’t so easy going when it comes to acts like these and I’ll make sure to be there to make sure he stays

I’m truly sorry that this was done to you, but I’m hoping that you realize that what happened to you was no fault of your own. This is something that doesn’t ever completely go away, and no doubt it has affected everyone around you. When a child is SA by a stranger or even someone kmown to a child, it leads to devastation on so many levels. When a child is SA by a parent, it leads to a woundednesd of the soul, mind and spirit that is absolutely crushing. My "father" SA me from ages 4-12. I told my mom when I was 12. She called me a liar and told me to go away. She stayed married to this animal for 56 years until he died. She recently told me and my brother who called her our on this on his death bed. She said she didn't know. She knew because I told her.

We had a friend of the family for many years who we loved and trusted and later learned he was a child abuser. I remember MANY comments from him about how repulsed he was by abusers who we later learned were just like him. I honestly believe he IS repulsed by people like this yet that is who he himself is. They refused to see themselves for who they truly are. They can abuse a child and still sleep at night because they are in denial of their own perversion. They are dangerous.
