I have a Gibson J45 as my primary acoustic but I want a Hummingbird but am not ready to spend the $4k right now. I'll likely be buying an Epiphone Hummingbird in the next month or so as a backup and alternate tuned guitar for live gigs. Hoping to drop by the guitar shop later today and play one - again - and confirm that I like it.

This guitar is special because it has only one pickup which is half what the original series had. Of course it costs a lot more than the original series that had two pickups. Next, there's going to be a new series that only has no pickups! That series is going to be so expensive nobody will be able to afford it!

Great looking guitar, and Dales guitars are absolutely incredible and definitely worth a premium, but Peaches pricing on his guitars in particular is just crazy. I own 3 DW guitars; a strat, a tele and JM, and they are all fantastic, but I paid on average just slightly above half of what Peach are advertising this for. To whoever does buy this, please DM me if you ever decide to sell it!

I have never liked Taylor guitars because they have sounded much too bright to me. This guitar has changed my mind about Taylors. I still, however, don't believe that Taylor should put plastic knobs on such a beautifully crafted instrument.
