Dolly Parton is building a big new venue right by my house (which is for sale). You could buy my house and walk to see the show every night and feel like your in Nashville but you can also walk to the beach... best of both worlds. 😀😎😍

I snow bird in Redington beach . January till March temperatures average 70s is it colder in Panama beach during theses months!

It just depends on the year. We usually get a month of winter. I could come in Dec and be done or it might wait until Feb. I have a cool house that my normal snowbirds rent every year, but they aren't coming this year if you are interested in seeing it. It is Tiki Themed.

I use to live in South Florida for 11 years and I miss Florida so much! I visit often but not the same. I’ve been begging my husband to move back 😂 praying it happens one day!

You live in Palmetto trace... Association fees, taxes, and Insurance can be draining but I suppose that would be anywhere on a beach. All that doesn't stop blue staters moving down in droves. I lived there for 16 years and it was the traffic on back beach road that made me leave.

I'm not in Palmetto Trace, I wouldn't want to be in that HOA. Traffic is getting worse for sure. Where did you move to?

@@pcbrealestate I didn't move... I have a home north of pc and had condos where I spent half of my time but sold them.... you know the traffic and I'm sure you probably know since you are near Pier Park.

Congratulations on buying land. I've never built a house myself so I'm afraid I can't offer too much info to you. I bought a lot a couple of years ago with the intentions to build, but then I ended up selling the lot for a pretty good profit.

I would say it is really good. We have a big hospital in Panama City and many urgent care type facilities in Panama City Beach.

Florida, especially 14th judicial area IS corrupt. Don't trust law enforcement there, either. My hometown is a place I left and do not regret it.

I like to say you have to go about 2 hours north to really get into the south. But, it is very conservative here. Crime in PCB isn't really an issue.

Panama City Beach is one of my favorite places to spend my winter months at. I traveled from New England to the gulf coast hauling a travel trailer and camped all along the coastline there. Fishing, kayaking and hiking are some of the things I love to do there along with the seafood and a cold beer. Thanks for the video.

Dont pay attention to these uppermiddle class people. PcB sucks for working class people. The beaches were federaly protected and were destroyed for hotels under the stipulation these hotels and condos have casinos for community profit. We voted on the building under the negotiation through county commisioners we would bring casinos as our lead source of income fornthe county. The county commisioners also embessled millions for hurricane rebuild projects oit of tax dollars when fema funds were already federally approved. 4 were under criminal indictment and 1 commited suicide to avoid jail.

Property taxes went up 30% from last year, insurance rates doubled, electric and water had a 40% increase, condo HOAs went up about 20-30% depending on what complex. Special assessments on everything condo. The traffic, humid air, etc are the least of the issues. The redneck riviera thinks it’s Ally’s Or Greyton now😂😂

Moving there in 2 weeks. I’m not even there yet and I’m in about 8k out of pocket, and around another 15k by the time I get settled in the new location. I’d pay double, I feel lucky lol.

I'm seeing people from 30A moving to PCB because the traffic on 30A is so much worse.
