As me and my daughter listened to NFL analysts discuss practice, we broke out our AI impressions. Now, here I am rewatching the best moment in NBA history. Not an NBA game... PRACTICE! 😂🤣

We talking bout Practice??

The exact moment I lost respect for this dude...the exact moment. When your leader, captain doesn't think that practice is important, it's a wrap! Practice how you want to play - how you do anything, determines how you do everything. You have to be the example and standard.

Now we can't get the players to play the games. That was his point, it was just very unique how he put it.

All this time I been practicin real hahd, bro'. I jus realize, he wearin a Sox hat. A SOX HAT! We talkin bout Sox hats? Damn
Sure, historically, this is comical. The truth is, no player ever gave it 100% on the court like AI. One of the best ever. Today, it's all about load management.
Sometimes you could give something your all in life and more than that and still come up short. That’s Allen Iverson personified. More than that we aren’t athletes we don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes and who’s practicing harder than others. All we have proof of as fans is the games we watch, and no other basketball athlete post the 60s has given their body more to the sport come actual game time than AI. It’s a reason why this man is limping as he walks normally and he’s only now nearing his fifties. He played any harder than he did and he actually might’ve died out there lol just saying. When he’s says “If I can’t practice I can’t practice if I’m hurt I’m hurt” People need to understand this man averaged 40 mins plus a season for his career and in the playoffs. The haters love bringing up his shooting stats but will forever gloss over this one when talking about who gave their heart to this game the most. Imagine playing every minute for hundreds of games just so your team doesn’t get blown out because you’re the only offense. While you do this people(buck dancers, “certain people” and the media)still question your work ethic and whether or not you even wanna win, even after you cry after a loss. Now you have to be at every practice as well when your coach knows what you’re going through, and on top of that dealing with the multiple deaths of close ones, greedy leaches of so called friends who won’t quit asking for handouts, constant harassment from the media and press.. everyone has a breaking point and this was his. And he got clowned for it. Y’all gonna realize sooner or later they look at you like a zoo animal. No matter how much you cry and plea for a break the animosity will just keep coming and coming and coming.. Shout out to Allen Iverson. One of the hardest working athletes of all time. Never cheated the fans or the game. People will continue to disrespect this man while they praise low management stars who they waste good ticket money on to see just to get ghosted 😂
Likely would have had multiple titles if he was a pussy like lebron and just joined up with the best players. AI was a beauty

Jason Kidd made his teammates better by practising. It shows you what a selfish POS Iverson was, and why he -- and unfortunately his teammates -- never won a thing.
@kbarton136025 күн бұрын
So if he didn't miss that practice, the Sixers would've won titles?
@kazman_689925 күн бұрын
@kbarton1360 Maybe they'd have come out to take pressure off him. I don't see what it hurts. Guy is just rocking up, playing ball, that's the communication. Yeah you're never toppling Phil like that, baby.
