Huh? We need context for this. Why would we stop completely after dropping down? Wouldn't stopping tend to minimize the effect of the Stretch-Shortening cycle of the muscles of the hips, legs & feet?

Next month he will be allowed to come back home to London and the UK.he was badly missed on Wimbledon these pass few years.those replacement , nowhere near as good when he is with john and Tim at Wimbledon.
