@twinturbo347026 күн бұрын
@ I’ve run pre mixed Preston and never had a problem. BRP makes their own coolant so that might be the safer choice. Just elevate the sled and high so the coolant and funnel right to the rear heat exchangers and “burp” the air out of the system Start the sled and add coolant if it drops down once it’s been circulated thru the system. Check it again after your first ride

all the broken plastic nipples can be perminatly fixed by simply installing brass threaded nipples in their place. SImply drill out the broken nipple, thread the hole and screw in the brass. If too thin for threading just use liquid metal on the threads of the brass nipple and hold in place till sets up. never again will it break off.

Great idea. Thanks for sharing. Does putting the plate there accumulate quite a bit of metal shavings and make it more difficult to clean them out? I’ve been using mine in the chop configuration (without the plate underneath) so all the metal shavings drop straight down to the workbench table top. And when done, I lift up the saw and easily vacuum up all the shavings. Wasn’t sure if putting the page underneath would make the cleanup more difficult?

Love my Snap On hard handles and in the hi vis color. (haven't lost one under the hood, in the grass etc. since I got them) Haven't watched any of your other videos yet (was just searching how to changing out the bit from my actual snap on driver to a new undamaged snap on driver bit) and came across this video. Stating how long you left the handle in hot water would have been helpful as well as actually filming it being done. Cared a lot less about it being recorded with a phone, but obliviously you were able to edit it. So seems you could have set the phone up to record then edit the final product. Not trying to be a jerk but those two thing alone would have made the video so much more informative.

Your leakdown test needs to be under tension. You are just using pressure to lift the valve And therefore allowing air to escape
