I guess some "Smart TV's" allow you to connect a webcam. Look for a USB port on the back.

I need help! How long does it take to actually appear on Facebook? It's just not working for me? Could it be because I am out of the country? I have friends & family that want me to post my travels. My daughter did get the app working on my I phone 13 promax. Is it even possible to to do it? I've tried to do it in Thailand, Cambodia, & Vietnam all with no success at all-

Thanks for this. I noticed I can trim in the zoom app on my desktop now. What do you recommend for the most simple editing that goes beyond trimming for non tech or editor people? Is it I movie or? LIke for example to remove parts of split sections and reorder?

As to your question, I think my videos failed to gain a decent audience for a variety of reasons but mostly the lack of knowledge around meta data. Soon change that!

Glad I can be helpful. But I haven't been updating this channel as much as I used to. Meta data, while still important, is less important than user behavior these days. In other words, you gotta make great content. KZbin will use the metadata to show it to an audience, but if the audience doesn't like it, then it won't go anywhere. I notice you're a plumber. Do you know this channel? www.youtube.com/@RogerWakefield He's very successful on KZbin - and you could probably learn by looking at him. Also, Derral Eve's "KZbin Formula" is a great book to read.

At 2:24 you say you can use an external webcam, and then "the only thing you cannot use is a computers built in webcam". at 2:50 you say "you can only use it for built in webcams--you cannot use it with an external webcam". These two statements seem to contradict each other. Can you clarify? I don't have an built in webcam. Instead I have an external one the sits on top of my desktop monitor. Thanks!

I have one of these. I use it on Zoom calls. It's the best solution available. FYI, Apple owns the patent for building the cam into the monitor screen itself, but will not allow it to be used.

Samsung has one called "Under Display Camera." I've heard it's not the best camera, and it's not set up for eye contact. It's just done to make the screen bigger.

Thank you so much for this. Is there a way to share my live stream from my business page to groups that I belong to? I have a page I’m trying to use and I joined groups from that page but when I’m live streaming, it’s telling me that I cannot broadcast my live to any groups. When I use my main Facebook profile, however, I can broadcast to all the groups that I belong to.

Good videos. What I want to do is Picture in Picture using Keynote. I want to have myself in the lower right as I go through the slides. Any ideas for that? I’m using a Mac mini with a 21 inch and an HDMI 32 inch monitor. My notes are on the 21 inch monitor in Keynote. I remember the teleprompters on the big Blue RCA cameras and the big red tally light telling you where to look trying to get similiar for my KZbin setup.

Hey! Will adding the 2nd channel, will your new account be recommended to your subscribers from 1st channel or will it not show all your channels that are linked? Hope it makes sense

I don't think KZbin will recommend content from a different channel because they are linked. Maybe if the videos link to each other (with cards, end screens or links in the description.) It's possible to start a new channel on a completely different topic, so I would think KZbin needs more signals that they are connected.

That's strange. However, you may be in good company. I tried a couple channels on my Mac that I wasn't subscribed to and they played trailers on my Mac. But then when I visited the same channels on my iPhone, the channel trailer didn't play.
