If you need to read a script during a Zoom call, and you don't want anyone to see you reading, you can use a teleprompter software called SpeakFlow to show both your script and your Zoom call in the same space simultaneously. The script is an overlay over the Zoom call. Of course this works with Microsoft Teams, Webex, Skype, etc too.
You can also use teleprompter hardware to put the Zoom image and your script right in front of the camera so that you can make eye-contact with your audience.
