Another very good and very interesting video. It was amazing to see how Haworthias and Aloes manage to survive in a situation where there is hardly any soil, just pure rock. I'm looking forward to seeing the second part (p.s. The music was a bit too loud. At some points in the video I could barely understand what you were saying.)

What a change of scenery for you and for us! You spiked my curiosity about the encephalartos woodii, so I did a bit of reading about it to better understand and it is really interesting reading material. I mean, for example, I didn't know about organogenesis in plants ..., but also, I am confused as to some referring to the offsets as clones. I also looked at Babylonstorens web page, about them, the drone footage, the place is massive! What a well planned farm and gardens. Thank you for taking us along. Oh, the sound quality on this video was very good.

@@natalier3505 Thanks for watching, I’m glad it piqued your curiosity. I refer to them as clones simply because they are genetically identical to that original specimen found in 1895 but you’re right, they were grown from offsets

Hi Alan, thank you for watching, I’m glad you enjoy them. I’m sorry to hear about you having no success with the seeds. It’s very unusual you are having no germination whatsoever. The location of the seed stall shouldn’t affect the results too much (I have recently had Geraniums germinate this year) but I will pass on your feedback when I can 👍
