Yeah, the chicken with black bean sauce is really good! I think here in the US it's similar to an Asian American dish from Thai called Lard Nar? I am probably confusing it with Lard Cha though. Either way... jjampeong is similar, but black bean just goes SOOOO well with those wide flat rice noodles and chicken! Also Egg Foo Young.
