Love everything you said on this video, made me realize that external glow-up is really just a facade to show people you’ve reached a dif level in life but more than that we should prioritize improving ourselves on the inside. Investing time to learn new skills and hobbies, taking care of our bodies by eating healthy, doing self-care treatments on your own. Glowing up is more than just changing your outward appearance but more of investing time, effort, and dedication to elevate every area of your life.

I love korean skincare but you can't tell me those influencers selling it use each product long enough to actually see results when they're pushing a new product every other day. I keep it simple and tailored to my skin and I love it.

I think some of the things that you said on the video (as having savings and invest) come from your privilege, what about the people that barely live with their salary? That means they don’t care about themselves? I mean, I get what you mean but its not realistic for everyone.

A helpful tip for the girlies: Try to stop going in the snack isle at the store. If you don’t buy them, they’re not at home and you can’t snack on them. But whole foods, things that need to be cooked or prepared to eat. Be careful of store-bought bread! It’s ultra processed and FULL of sugar

Honestly couldn’t agree more with less is more. I used to do the whole Korean skincare routine but since going back to college and working towards a nursing degree, I didn’t have enough money for it so I started using L’Oréal glycolic cleanser, the ordinary multi peptide serum, Geek and gorgeous 0.2% retinal and Anua lotion, my skin has been the best it’s ever been. In all honesty I think we need to call out the Korean skincare routine as well as many other skincare trends and see it for what it is. It’s consumerism. Your skin can look after itself most of the time and doesn’t need 600 layers of multiple serums

There is still glucose and fructose in agave so it is still sugar....but anyway love the video! ❤️❤️

Oh definitely, not the best replacement at all and I use honey overall. That Yerba has much less ‘sugar’ than most drinks so it’s a good start to slowly cutting sugar (especially refined) 🫶🏾🫶🏾

What’s the best sugar replacement?
@gwenjapam36603 күн бұрын
@@maliyah7346 I don't know...Since it's everywhere, you rapidly exceed the recommended dose of sugar per day which is 25g. So I think you can't really replace it but just try to cut it. The agave syrup or honey is still better than the processed one

I have very bad rosacea that turns my face into a blotchy mess of red patches and red spots 😭 it’s degraded my confidence, to the point where not even my family have seen me without makeup for the past 4 years. I just want clear skin. Now I’m very insecure both about the skin and the cakey and textured makeup i need to hide it. Im scared of a lot of foods, I’m scared of sunlight, I’m a whole anxious mess because of it. People will say its a vanity issue and to get over it, yet they panic over 1 or 2 microscopic zits. If this were anywhere else on my body I wouldn’t be so upset, but it’s on my fucking face, and very much influences my identity. The pfp is me with makeup, I’m wearing foundation and concealer, blush and liptint. I KNOW i can be pretty, but the sensitive and horrible skin very much killed that chance from happening. If anyone can give me any secret tips I swear I will literally cry from being grateful. I already know all the basics and more advanced tips so please dont tell me stuff like low-GI foods and tea tree oil. I just want the really hidden ones that are underrated. Love you girl, this comment is too long to be read by u, i understand you are a very hardworking and busy person. Enjoyed the vid and sending you lots of love.

@ thank you 🤍 i do know about it:) i had tried it before and it improved my skin slightly but by maybe 5%. However the bottle of serum for some reason had denatured alcohol in it. I was so confused about why they would use so much alcohol (whole bottle smelled of antiseptic) for a product targeted for sensitive skin. The pharmacies Ive been to don’t sell any other version and I can’t afford online purchasing. Thank you for the tip 🙏🏻

I cut out the big 3 after my eczema was out of control last year....changed my life lol...I think that's part of the reason why Nara Smith and Erewhon are popular...more and more people are realizing that a lot of food is toxic...also fried foods are more harmful if they are fried in canola/vegetable oil...olive oil and avocado oil are my faves

In my 3rd year of uni I started ordering food like every day and after a couple months I noticed that my body was super bloated and I started getting breakouts when I never had any. At one point I felt so sick of outside food that I swore I would start cooking every day again, best decision of my life. Sure I still eat junk food like once or twice a week but like the difference is tremendous.
