First time the heli had ever been spooled up and with just about out of the box settings on the FBL! Certainly was not going to start chucking it around on its first flight.

TBH we have no exact data yet :) But it's very light - depending on the config and components used.

Mine weighs in at 2610 grams without battery.

@@thatsmyrc I'm sorry,, but probably noticed that, apart from few RC giants on KZbin, only RC helicopter pilots received this model. Is it possible, your channel has nothing to do with RC helicopters? And I don't mean the toy ones. When we receive a model, we go through the whole life cycle, not just, "it's cool", all technical details, including more test flights. We attend multiple RC heli events, demo these models. A "free" model is not just one single video. And there's something we have to buy to it always: like a receiver this time. So as you see, it's not enough to have a single video for a heli which is 500 pounds. This could be the reason. @@thatsmyrc don't take it that serious, I didn't want to be offensive. I went through your channel, and I found that you are dealing with all kind of RC. We are running websites, other SM channels since 2010. I'm flying RC helis since 2007. Just simply it doesn't look good when someone asks the question: "why did you get that model for free". It's never free, never a gift, there's always something in return which is worth enough to a company. Or no more deals.

@@rchelicopterhub just saw it like I read your response..I have multiple helis and other lines of Rc’s on my shelf’s, yet you chose to judge me by my channels videos of the topic. As you stated (mine was nothing more than a toy at 500 pounds, etc nothing of helis on my channel) You should never judge a book from its cover. Many might be less fortunate or can afford the hobby or maybe starting to fly helis. Everyone starts from a beginning. I took it as clear as you responded to my simple comment 🤷🏻‍♂️ Yet I can really care less if it was free or not. If I want something I get it, far from doing it for free for advertisement, my time is worth more than a material item. I like what I like and I get it.

Indeed. The window for an opto sensor is already there at the bottom of the helicopter.

The H1 can be tricky, but there was no real demand to test this heli that way, so we skipped it. Once we can allocate some time to do a test of H1, we will. Until then, what was your problem?

@@rchelicopterhub I have not been ale to calibrate the compass. I know The H1 requires a specific BEC voltage so I will try a programmable BEC.

Thank you for your recommendations: yes, the agility settings can help a lot. We're flying this with Futaba transmitters and I set up a nice expo on the controls as well. That helps a lot to my son, Daniel.

@@rchelicopterhub Unfortunately, we do not have a direct dealer in the Czech Republic. Goosky S2 will definitely be better than M2 OMP. However, I have tweaked the settings for the M1 so that I can control it like a beginner. It works very well and the helicopter listens perfectly.

Cool and funny guy and awesome pilot, although he seemsvery keen on talking people into the ground. 😂
