This episode looked like it was massively painful for you. XD I genuinely love this series. I've been going through so many of your build tutorials as well, building lots of farms on a shared friends server, and I think they're amazing. It's great to hear that the series brings you joy as well even in times of great emotional struggle (massive condolences to you!), so I'm hoping there will be much much more of it. :) I love your building style, love the editing style and pacing - thank you for sharing this with us!

No, it only prevents animals from leaving the pen. Anything can enter.

Because you went out of render distance (or over 128 blocks) while it was flying. Only send it out when you're near.

for the farm part i used "Triloms's NEW 1.21.4 Chicken Farm Design" its around the same size and works in current version

It needs to be built on the home beach (I did not know that whilst making this video). If you take turtle eggs from somewhere else and let those hatch in your farm, then your farm will be the home beach. So you need to cover the channels first to get some initial turtles. Apologies for the inconvenience.

hey i have this problem where sometimes itemes just don't care there is a hopper there and like out of 64 5 or so end up in the return chest any ideas?

That's because the hopper can't pick all items up fast enough. Try adding an extra tick to the redstone repeater at the start. It should release the items slower.

Yes, but it won't fit in this building. You could expand the system with a bubble elevator at the end to the second floor.

Use rails and minecarts. Get them next to the desired spot and surround it with temporary blocks so that the desired spot is the only spot they can teleport to once you break the minecart they are in.
