This is an awesome build and don't know why it's taken me this long to start this village build. I would like to say the iron farm works for about 2 days on Bedrock, and then completely breaks. I'll most likely be redesigning it so it continues to operate. Edit: The farm works. I missed a cave and two golems spawned in it. Had to make a copy of my world, go into spectator and look around.

Hi, I’m a newish lurker here, but I love your aesthetic and that you incorporate function into your builds. Amazing work! As a Bedrock player, I just wanted to note that this build does work and you will get tons of iron relatively quickly from it, but it won’t work as far as having it in a functioning village up top. You will not get golem spawns with any villagers and beds around on the surface. I haven’t had issues with the bubble elevator, but I did adjust the design and allowed more room for villagers to move around and actually sleep in their beds and access their work stations. It was pumping out loads of iron pretty quick.

@@nuvolamc I built it according to your specs at 24 blocks down (I also hate the noise this farm produces so I thought that was brilliant), but as soon as a villager and bed was placed on the surface it broke the farm - it stops spawning golems altogether. I think the wiki suggests being 150 blocks away from a village. Bedrock is… special like that 😫 I have wanted to build a custom village for so long but always felt intimidated by it. I love your builds and you’ve given me so much inspiration, so I’m just going to use it under my base and have access to it as a villager trading area, but build my dream village incorporating your stunning designs just a little bit further away. You can also use ice blocks to create the bubble column. Just place ice blocks (not packed or blue) all the way down and then break each of them and when you break the last one on the bottom, you will get "yeeted" upward haha

Another alternative farm for the Weaponsmith/Toolsmith/Armorer builds would be a wither skeleton farm that uses a broken portal. That’s probably a bit complicated for most people but you’d get tons of coal which is the first level trade for each of these professions.

Hey Nuvola, just a suggestion for this build, but seeing as the iron farms are repeated in the weaponsmith and tool smith builds, I thought of an interesting alternative for the farm for the armorer: Armadillo scute! I guess if people want they can just make a micro armadillo scute farm adjacent to the armorer built, it would even fit inside the chimney. All you need is a bunch of armadillos on top of a hopper aimed at the chest. The more ‘dillos, the better.

Hey, Nuvola! You could use Litematica Mod so that you can save your builds and paste it in any world you want, it also works in survival as well so you just have to follow the build! It would also be nice to study your designs. Love it!

Thanks! In the most ideal situation you get 2 iron golems every 30 - 40 seconds. That could amount up to 3 to 4 stacks of iron an hour I think.

Very nice and practical, with the rawmaterial for buying the emeralds close to the armorer. I am a bit worried about the total number of villagers in the ironfarm, if there is several villagers and beds in the 96 block of radius. Do you know if that will cause a big problem? Best regards Lazara

This is part of the reason why I put them way underground. The trading village video I put out has 3 working iron farms. In java edition I therefore see no issues, even in close proximity to onr another. Not 100% sure for Bedrock yet.

I think that could work for bedrock, but you'll have to look into the wiki. Bedrock lecterns need double the amount of pages I believe, other than that it works pretty much the same (I think)

Hm, golems spawn near groups of villagers, if the game considers it as a village. It could be that they spawn in the farm and on the surface at the same time. Do you get any iron from the farm?

Yes, in a range of 8 blocks it will. You will want to put some slabs on the ocean floor.

I made this on bedrock about a month ago and made the iron farm exactly as showed, and even tried adding zombies and it still hasn’t worked. Any recommendations?

Zombies are not necessary in Bedrock edition. It's most likely caused by the villagers not connecting properly to the work stations and/or beds. You could build a wall in front of the villager rooms so that they can't see the workstations on the other side. Maybe that helps?

In Bedrock, yes. You could build the gold farm underground (without the decoration of that farm) and connect it to the bubble elevator, but it's definitely a challenge! In Java it's not really possible to hook up the gold farm to this build I think. Well, you can. But you need to be in the nether for it to operate.

You don't need zombies in bedrock! You need 10 villagers, 10 beds and 10 workstations on each side. If you place the beds you should see green particles.

Bedrock or Java? In Java you need to wait until nighttime. In Bedrock it can temporsrily break when villagers aren't connected to a workstation or bed.

Maybe you need a janitor entrance down to the villagers in the ironfarm below, and take out the jobless villagers that might be born. I had to use 2 extra beds to make my other ironfarm (designed by A-Jack) to make it work again after an update. Once in a while there are some extra villagers that need to be removed. Maybe there have been some changes about the bed linking for the villagers on bedrock, I am not sure.

Hi everyone. I've been trying to figure out the iron farm for bedrock edition and here's what I've found out: You can have only one iron farm in the village, but can be bigger, 30 to 40 beds. YOU CAN'T HAVE ANY BEDS IN THE VILLAGE! Nearest bed can be more than 96 blocks away. For actual farm use this design kzbin.info/www/bejne/jn7LanuNgayDprssi=ZBw_-g2LjsiTvO_h Before placing the first villager, the one who will see all the beds, remove all workstations in 96 blocks from beds in the farm. After you assign a profession to that villager you can return all other workstations. I would strongly recommend linking your villagers one by one and locking their trades because they can link erratically. Pay attention to the green partials from your villager and his workstation. And don't spred your buildings to far away. If you don't want to bother with that, you can just build it more than 96 blocks below ground, but beware of the simulation distance. On sim.dis. 4 it won't work unless you are about 64 blocks away, so you'll have to AFK near the farm. Hope this helps all bedrock players
