What if it's not making any sound but there is a slight bluish light? The desktop used to chime and give an error message every 30 seconds or so, which got annoying, but I couldn't access the files. So I unplugged it from the computer. I left it plugged into the power source, though, because I wanted to try it on another computer, in case it was a problem with my computer. I just now plugged it into my laptop, and nothing happens. Not even the annoying chime and error message.

Hi there. Got a new hdd, did everything like you showed, connecting dualshock 4 usign the cable and starting de ps4. After a while, without pressing any button, it says :" Cannot start the PS4. Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 using the USB cable and then press the PS button " I'm pressing the button, but nothing changes.

It's baffling that developers aren't able to implement proper UI scaling. A 4K monitor is basically useless for productivity since you need to scale everything to 200%+ to be able to read anything.

ive got screen busted a2141 as well. the idiot me put windows to start in safe boot and forgot how safe boot will use only internal screen. which is busted. so if we disconnect the video like the one you showed it here, would it put windows safe boot in external display too?

i have changed the PCB but the problem consist, i accessed the Disk one and seen the the folders, but in a moment it cut and shows like it has not NTFS , any help please ?

i have exact laptop , had for almost 3 years no issues at all , except just started my power adapter cord that plugs into the laptop , so the port at the laptop is just a little loose i can still use when i move cord and set it in a certain place, so are u able to show this plug in , inside the laptop and let us know what to look for , as may be can fix with a solder or what to look for if need to change the board?

Well mine is also HP but after I updated the my windows to windows 8.1, while browsing it just went blank. Ever since that day it's been blinking when I turn it on, when I press fn + f4 (atapting to switch on monitor ) it only blink then screen goes very dim. But it work fine on a monitor And when the screen times out and left on changer for about 5Hour, then after some while it goes dark again.
