Hello, I recently seen your comment and I am sad to say but they discontinued the operation of tourism adventure in underwater of Cebu city a long time ago. The yellow submarine crashed into a big coral underwater and it cost alot of damaged.

My wife and I stayed in The Apartelle back in 2005. The room looked pretty much the same as in your video here...from 2014? I suspect they probably still look the same even now. Older rooms, but still nice and comfortable.
