I was seriously considering a new Ridgeline in the spring , if they go 4 cylinder and turbo they will lose me as a customer. I was going to downsize now that I am retired, I think I'll keep old my 8 cylinder truck, 4 cylinder turbos are nothing but problens.

So not a huge difference. I just got a HUGE discount on my '24 Canyon Denali last week because the dealer wanted to clear out the stock to make room for the '25s.

Picked up our 2025 Ridgeline Trailsport in October, evening knowing the 2026 may have a facelift. I have been towing 5th wheels since 1989. We are now done towing 5th wheels, no reason for a full size truck anymore. All I need is a small truck, I held off as long as I could waiting for the new Ram Rampage to come to North American market, which is still possibly 1-2 years away. I don't need a body on frame truck anymore, I don't drive deep back woods trails. The Honda Ridgeline made the perfect choice for me. V6 power (no turbo). Able to travel the roads (dirt back roads) when the weather is bad on the East Coast of Canada. So far love the truck and the handling and have got as high as 7.8L/100kms or 36 mpg (imp gal.) which would be 30 mpg (US gal.) on secondary roads in Econ-mode. Love the 7.3 cu.ft. storage under the truck bed. Great place to pick your Costco grocery run and still have the back seat area clear and free. More under floor rear seat space then most of the other small trucks as well. It's only been a month with no complaints or remorse trading in a Ram Laramie Longhorn. It's all the truck I need.

The ridge line does everything it was designed to do with ease. The high cost is the biggest drawback.
