Don't quit your day job buddy. You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. The Subaru Forester is an excellent SUV... any generation.

I've been driving a 2020 Forester for almost 5 year. I get 20 mpg city & 35 mpg highway. I have never needed a more powerful engine. Its a great SUV. I have had 0 issues with this car. Great storage. Great passenger room. Great view for driver. Engine noise is not an issue. It has the highest CR rating of just about any car.\

I totally agree with you. I have a 2020 Forester also. And besides an accident that I was in and it was totally fixed the car has been great very convenient easy to get in and out especially for my 96 year old father I have plenty of room even to put his walker in. Great vehicle.

I'd be pretty unhappy with that gas mileage. With a lift and oversized AT tires, I'm between 29-31mpg combined in my 2005 Forester.

@scotthavarth9423 I have a Ford Transit dually for work. Mostly all the mechanical parts of an F150 and it's total junk😅

I'm the one who left Toyota fans and joint Subaru fans this year. I couldn't speak to the new Forester but so far, I do have a lot of love about my new 2024 Outback touring (non XT). This is my daily commute car between home and work. I get about 31MPG in average with 80% hwy. My main reason to buy this car is not performance or luxury but because it's a quiet cabin, safe, a fair OTD price and reliable.

I have a 2025 Forester and very happy with mine. I’m getting an average 28.5 mpg. I have no complaints with road noise. It handles rough road conditions with no problems. Subaru buyers aren’t concerned with high performance and luxury details. Most of us are looking for something that can handle going off the beaten path which Subaru excels at.

Totally disagree with this dude. I’ve owned 8 foresters and they get better with each new model. If you want to drive like an ass buy yourself a Miata. This vehicle is for adults who love all weather security.

I still have my 2003 Forester. Didn't drive it much over the years and it's still in nice condition. It still has the same new car scent sometimes. Still feels like a new car to me 😂. It's still fun to drive. I am sure these are too. They should make the fenders around the wheels wider, it would look a little better. Otherwise, looks like a nice car. They should also make the rear cargo windows a bit larger and the cargo area longer, otherwise it's starting to look more like a passenger sedan with the shortened rear cargo space. Other than that, it's not a bad looking car.

23 Forester here. About 18mpg city and about 30 highway. Most times can't get 400 miles out of a tank of gas. My 21 I averaged 35mpg.

The worst thing in a subaru is the CVT transmission. That is absolutely ass of a transmission. Everything else i love. I have a 22 outback and it's great, but the CVT Transmission is the worst transmission I've ever had to deal with. It's horrible.
@appaloosaman96166 күн бұрын
I agree about the cvt but as far as cvt’s go it’s actually one of the best cvt’s you can get.

Good concept, but it falls short on build quality and execution. Not a 1/4 million mile design. For those who do not run cars into the ground, that may not be important. High mileage Subies get expensive quickly. Nowhere as good as Toyota's or Honda's best. Overall, a practical but meh car.

It is not the best BUT It is the most economical of all similar sized SUV . KIA ,Hyundai don't count :) Best symetrical fultime AWD on the market If you are worried of mpg then buy a Sedan . CRV and RAV4 have hybrids so not comparable. cx5 AND cx50 HAVE TURBO SO NOT COMPARABLE. This video is a shill
