I'd imagine it's pretty expensive to make for just one bowl. What happens to all the rest of the ingredients and leftover parts, like the chicken and extra soup and stuff?

Never cook with wedding ring.. I'm surprised from a japanese... So confused you're going to wear gloves to handle meat than noodles deserved as many as attention... No need of gloves to cook ramen but please never handle it with a ring or thing like that..Clean hands and short nails are ok and go on... Cheers from France. But jewelry is strictly forbidden in cooking....

What type of flour is that and who is the manufacture of that Kansui powder (or is it just the standard potassium carbonate / Sodium bi-carb 50/50 mix)

Bro you are gooooood. Were you a ramen chef? Excellent English too btw. One question, that's a lot of pork and ground pork and chicken you used in the broth, do you just discard that? Seems like a lot of meat to throw out. Thanks!

Is the measurement of the Bonito flakes correct? It says 20g, but I only used 10g and it still looked like way more than what you put in. Plus the whole thing tasted way too fishy because of the bonito flakes, rather than adding a hint of flavour.

Which noodles do you use for your ramen? Do you have a recommended brand or do you make your own?
