Thank you for the video! Would you recommend a mazzu 60 for both rotary and reed set up? Or better to go with a bell shape for reed? I am deciding whether going with rotary or with reed valves, and which crankshaft to use... I am waiting for 213cc VMC. Also, my idea is to use a big expansion chamber exhaust. Best regards!

Hello FMP, I'm about to put that cylinder on my original PX200GS, Rest of the engine remains untouched. PoliniBOX already mounted and Carb will be updated (2,5mm drill). Also i'll change the clutch straight to a SIP or BGM. I wonder about your recommendation for the gear cog 22z? Even with the original engine i find the 1-3 gears almost to short, so i was even thinking about 24z gear cog, but at least 23z original transmission. what do U think? worth a try with the 24z cog on the plug and play Polini 210?

On the lusso case with internal seal - is it correct to instal with spring side of seal facing in towards the oil/ gears. Thanks if you can answer

I have scoot and kickstar shaft is locked solid. Wont move. Customer rode it for 5kms. I pull engine appart and nothing seized. I just rebuilt engine seals gearcroas and kick start gear. Anyway. Ill inspect everything again later. This never happened to me before. 😢

no. sorry. only box exhaust. as kinda nonexpansion makes any sense on a vespa engine. beside optical and sound tuning. but thats just my approach 🍻😎

if u have time. wait for vmc213 end of year. in general as its 80ies port layout. its (no matter off alloy or cast) alway below sport210. all pnp possible. vmc213 is over sport 210 performance

Thank you for this video! It was very helpful to my understanding of the kickstart gear. I have an issue on a 1967 GT 125 motor I am rebuilding. I reassembled the cases and now the kickstart gear is not returning behind the quadrant. It clicks against the cush gear when the cush gear turns instead of only engaging when I push the Kickstarter. I will try to access it from the clutch side and push it into place with a punch before I resort to taking the cases apart again.

Orginal, yss and bitubo. Original soft ride. When old it can get wanky at high speed. Dont like that. Yss solves that problem but bitubo. Lets just say with yss the glass is half empty and bitubo glass half full. My poor spine and yss shocks. Bitubo its all gone. Smooth gentle ride. More controle over bad roads. If you ever have money. Buy bitubo shocks. Its definitely a winner

I finally bought the sip road ignition. I thoughts are.. the vibration of the lighter flywheel. 😮 it's harsh!!!! Old flywheel 2900g this one 1600g. Next problem is when I put my indicator on its rave party with flickering. But when I rev it now it sounds like f1 car with 1 piston 😂😂😂😂. I can feel slight increase power. Lights on idle about same as original but I can see my lights are slightly improved. I have 22w philips ultinon essential led and taillight led straps I planted that's like 3w inc brake light. My indicators 21w normal old globes. I might have to change that. It was flickering before on headlight but now it's rave party. Have to fine tune everything and solder everything up bit not sure what I am going to do with vibrations 😢. Old guy who worked on cars told me once heavy flywheel = more mass = less vibrations = better uphill. Light flywheel = less mass = more vibrations = harder to maintain pull up hill but more acceleration from robot to robot. This so true. I have to fine tune this setup. My old style grrr grr hooter 🔊 sounds like it getting to much power 🤣🤣🤣 normally when I push hooter the light go dim. Not anymore.

Going to do this build on LML 150 reed cases with a 60 crank, vmc clutch and dello phbh30 on mrp intake with vforce 4 reeds. Would you advice a full crank like yours or bell shaped or normal type of crank? Still in doubt for the box exhaust. Maybe a Megadella XL. Kind regards

rd350 reeds are fine. if any: boyesen fuel pump needed. go electric ie hard. full curcle or rotary fine for standard. bellshap only shows effects in high revings and acc exhausts. megadella well done but reving exhausts. checkout this comparison: kzbin.info/www/bejne/noWaoX9-pZt5b6c

brille vergessen? die kurven bei 1:12 sagen was anderes: stelvio 187: 18ps über 1500rev, 20ps über 700rev, dreht bis 6700rev ein ganz braver typischer drehschieber si24 motor crono 187: 18ps über 2500rev, 20ps über 1800rev, hat 24ps wo stelvio bereits bei 0ps ist. dreht bis 7700rev, dh 1000rev weiter aus das ist ein glasklares 1:0 ko für den crono das breite ausdrehen & power plus oben, macht die delle mehr als wett für extraspass kann man kupplung einen zahn kürzer machen
