But I think that we often forget that all of us get bored from using 1 skin all the time (some ppl dont) but we'll eventually stop using them. Yall in the right mind to want this and don't blame you. Call it gatekeeping, but In my opinion exclusivity should exist in a game. KZbinrs get revenue either way which some of us don't. They are kind of biased, even more if they are epic-partnered. If yall still wondering what my point here is. Just keep it OG, yes, you read that right, there is no reason to sell remix skin og passes if OG pass skins are even coming back. They CAN change their TOS and EULA, but that doesn't mean they cant be punished for thingd they stated prior, meaning if you want the real legal answer. Why Epic should go back on their word? Cause they're a business company, they do not care for the old generation. Its pretty much guaranteed they’ll return. If you look at the season 1 og remix loading screen u can see the blue squire gliding in. Also if u look at the chpt 1 season 2 battle pass purchase page at the bottom it says “ Future season will be real money store purchases” they pretty much gonna add them into the item shop as a bundle or individually. They said it from the beginning 😂

Here is all evidence OG battle passes will return most likely In the OG OG mode ch1 s1 keyart Blue Squire was in there gliding and all skins in the ch1 s1 OG OG mode keyart are ch1 s1 skins and the 3 new OG pass skins for ch1 s1 but Blue Squire is ch1 s2 Ch1 s2 battle pass isn't stated exclusive I'm pretty sure The ch1 battle passes were re-added to the files and are in the offer catalog folder Blue Squire apparently was updated for the item shop in a most recent update I think today's update was when he was updated I saw a tweet from Hypex saying OG exclusive edit styles are revealed for the OG battle passes and he showed OG Black Knight's exclusive edit style and the Rameriz OG Astronaut exclusive edit style and then the tweet was deleted shortly after most likely because Epic want to keep it a surprise but I saw the tweet in a vid not actually on Twitter as I deleted Twitter so don't know how real this is OG ch1 s2's battle pass said future season cost real life money purchases so could refer to the whole OG ch1 s2 battle pass is not exclusive and could return soon Blue Squire doesn't have a remix A ch1 s2 battle pass glider is most likely in the OG OG season 2 keyart so maybe it confirms it returns Epic and Disney are terminating exclusivity from Fortnite Fortnite can change their rules Ch1 battle passes said exclusive to their respective seasons OG season shop can be used maybe if Black Knight returns which he will if that Hypex tweet I talked about is true just bring him back into the season shop and have us gain 70 levels for him again or gain a certain amount of XP in order to buy it The OG season 2 pass will be available day 1 and then the OG season 2 battle pass can return or some cosmetics

Gate keeping old cosmetics is crazy to me. I mean I get it. A lot of people love having things that Society doesn’t have but they want. But think about it. We were very young when Fortnite season 2 came out. A lot of us were unfortunate to not be able to get the pass. So them returning will be literally fine. Chill out. i personally think it kinda sucks to only have 3 skin for the og mode i don't know why they are doing that since chapter 1 battle pass have more than just 3 skin so it suck that they are just selecting some of them and do a remix of it and also since the season stay for 2 months you have nothing to do after finishing the battle pass since you finish it quickly

3:01 My one issue with this argument is the lack of receipts. We hear time and time again that the skins were advertised as exclusive without evidence. What did Epic actually say, when did they say it, and what did it apply to? When people do pull up receipts you’ll notice an array of different comments. Yet usually people treat one specific line as the end all be all statement for every pass in perpetuity. To put it simply, it’s complicated and most people are arguing about their perception of what was promised vs what was actually promised.

Honestly if they brought back the exclusive passes I would try joining a class action lawsuit because I spent money and a lot of time grinding to finish every pass. I don't think they would bring them back because it just opens them up for major lawsuits. Also when exclusive skins like paradigm came back, they did not profit from it which helped shield them from lawsuit for that mistake.

MOST real OGs don’t care if they come back lol it’s the people who bought OG accounts or got the. handed down are the ones who are gatekeeping

In my opinion, fortnite is making remixes of old skins for both og players who already have the skins and giving them og styles and for new players they get to have the original outfits as well as being able to get those new outfits which maximize their profits *also yes Epic can change their tos they've done it twice this month also the season shop was fully deemed exclusive as well as the cosmetics (besides mako glider and battle bus banner )which is why they just gave styles*

My only thing I request is og styles if they come back. At this point, I don't care. Battle passes were supposed to be limited time technically. But if it does happen this is what I want to happen for the ogs to make it fair.

At some point down the line these battle passes will inevitably return. Epic is known for throwing cards on the table when things go bad. Plus i think everyone should be able to have the skins and emotes they missed out on especially the younger player base that who were too young to play the game back in chapter 1

Gate keeping something isn't bad if you paid for the exclusivity in the first place and was there to claim it. And it's just not about that. It's also about the idea of scaring people into thinking something is Fomo, then profiting of that, then later saying, "Oh well, now everyone else will have it. And it's bad because other companies are going to do the same thing because if fortnite can do it, then we can get away with it too. That's what I don't get about some people. Disclaimer I hate exclusivity, too, but I have enough thought to think about stuff like that.

I’m not convinced battle passes are coming back. 1. They would have to bring back the entire pass as they have made it clear any passes before ch5 s3 will not come to the shop. 2. They would have to remake the whole pass because it used an outdated system and it had rewards like xp boosts. 3. What about people who finished half the pass, would they start over or where they left off? 4. Og styles would absolutely happen if they came back, but would they give styles to every item?

But people saying the renegade raider and assault trooper thing with the remix skins is dumb. That’s 2 different things, one is exclusive and the other is item shop

Clen the season shop cosmetics were exclusive they said it in game on one of the patch notes the only things said that can return were the battle bus banner and mako glider

Regardless of if we want them to return or not, at this point it just feels like they are going to do it

WHat you dont know is, Blue squire is in the background of the og season 1 2024 thing, it shows him gliding in the air. And He doesn't have a remix skin? Nah bro, and the "Offer catalog" file that got leaked about a month ago, that has the battle passes from chapter 1 season 2 to chapter 4 season 1 battle passses. Dont expect og battle passes to release instantly at the beginning of the season, expect it to release in the middle.
